Table Olives in Brine

Our table olives are produced using traditional methods. They are cured in brine solution for around 12 months, to remove the bitterness, so that the full olive flavour shines through. They are packed in the Greek style: fresh brine, a small addition of vinegar, and a touch of garlic, rosemary, lemon, and chilli. The addition of the subtle flavours makes these Greek style olives very tasty. The vinegar adds a slight tang, without any obvious vinegar flavour.
